PS1/2 ISO+ MDS file?

guys, small question here, so say i have this file and it comes with 2 things a xx.iso and a xx.mds

what should i do with them? should i burn the mds or the iso file?

Should i burn them together or just the mds/iso file?

and sorry if this has been repeated but the search page linked me to a few threads, only problem was that they are just blank threads and thanks guys for your help.

Some programs such as Alcohol 120, will load both if you click on one, such as .mds file, but if you cannot do both, the .iso file is the image file with the data, the other one shouldn't be more than a few hundred KB, so it's the ISO file you need to focus on....

If the game is 1 DVD/CD (meaning 1 iso), then you can just delete the mds file and burn the iso. However, if the game is more than 1 disc and hence more than 1 iso, you will need the mds file.
