Hacking ISO file to boot a gamecube disc

On my wii I have it booting to coverflow, so from there I have all of my wii games, but cant load Gamecube games.
I was wondering if it was possible to put a dol file into an ISO so that it boots to the backup loader 0.3gamma or something.
Or an ISO that would boot the disc the drive maybe...

Ohh it is possible, but you would need to change the source of the app, to make the GC image to boot from the same .iso file (converted to WBFS partition of course), lots of work, better to just keep playing and wait for the USB multiloader Wii/GC..!!

I mean putting an applications .dol file into an ISO and then using the iso to load the .dol

Yes you can, once one guy tryed replacing the main.dol of the second partition of an .iso, and it worked great, the app load, but the app couldn't read the data off the same DVD...!!
