Hardware Is Wii U HDCP compliant?

I've been looking for answer for a week now and can;t find an answer for this. I'm going to be able to record HDMI fairly soon and this is going to be importtant knowledge.

I don't own a Wii U, but seeing as they have Netflix, they might be required to have it for that.

Hmm, if that's the case then it just might not have it. I would have though big media would force Netflix to only support platforms with it, but I guess not.

Best wait for someone actually with a Wii U to reply then.

There is no HDCP on the WiiU.
