Is using Black Magik bad?

In my defense, I have personally met a few people who were seriously into new age bullshit/black magic type stuff so it's not as uncommon as you'd think. It's some of the weirdest shit you'll ever hear and I don't really have any idea where they come up with storing quartz crystal up your butt to increase your positive vibes or whatever. Weird fascination with Atlantis myths too, and I'm not talking about real, potential archaeological discoveries either. It's pretty much the stuff you hear on Ancient Aliens but weirder.
