Hacking is USB Helper/freeshop still gone ?

I've been away for some time did anything take Wiiu USB helpers place ? I use to get all my "stuff" from there like 3ds and wiiu stuff

Nothing really took USB Helper's place, but you can use other projects like FunKii-UI (here)
FreeShop is gone and nothing will ever take it's place. Downloading CIAs and installing them will work, though.

EDIT: You can't download 3DS stuff from FunKii, but you can still download Wii U games just the same.
