I have a o3ds with FW 10.3.0-28U and a Sky3DS that i just bought this april,
and i just saw the New Sky3DS+ came out and i want to buy it later..
but i think its not worth it since i can just get an exploitable 3ds..

So heres the question :
Should i buy an exploitable 3ds with a gateway and sell my o3DS?
if yes, should i buy an o3DS or o3DSXL?
or ill just buy the Sky3DS+ instead?

Sorry for my bad english

well if you get an exploitable 3ds you wont need a gateway in the first place because of CFW so its just up to personal preferance on the console size

Yeah, buying an exploitable 3DS is the best option.
Gateway isn't really a requirement. You can run anything using rxTools.

Now regarding the model, the smaller one is more comfortable to play on and the image is better, very crisp. The screen is pretty small though so if you don't have nice eyesight some details might be too small to be noticed.
It's also cheaper but remember these models are also older and therefore more prone to failure (bad SD card slot, touchscreen or screen flex cables, for example).

The XL model has bigger screens and battery. The screens are kinda weird because they are stretched and you can see the space between the pixels (especially on the top screen in 2D mode... they look like scanlines)

i checked about scanlines they really only noticeable when you have your face like 10cm from screen basically up in your face. normal held distances they cannot be seen

So all i need is an o3ds? is there something like gateway can do bbut CFW cant?

Only thing is GW can run .3ds roms and that's about it.
It also has cheat support but you can get that with NTR-CFW too.
