I'd just use this site: http://nds-card.com/. They sponsor GBAtemp and have never failed to deliver their products. I've personally bought several flashcarts from them. They might seem shady, but they're completely legit.

I would love to use them, but 12 hours after placing my order I still have not gotten the email with their PayPal account to send the money to.
