There is absolutely no reason you would need a third party program to manage your OS drivers. If you're having an issue with a specific driver/device, just download the driver from the manufacturer manually.
Also, if a device is working normally, there is no reason to update the driver, except in the case of video drivers where it might improve performance.
Looking closer at the site, and doing some investigating, I would say most definetly do not install this program. It's hiding download links to it's software in alleged tech site "award" images, for example cnet, but looking at the cnet review of the software, there is no mention of such an award. I don't think it's harmful per se, just another unnecessary program designed to squeeze bucks out of suckers.
