Is this my bank's or modchip.ca's fault?

Well I placed an order with modchip.ca. I did receive my order, that's not the issue. The actual issue is that I used credit card to purchase this. It was charged perfectly fine and until yesterday the transaction was still pending. Today when I checked my card's online statement, it apparently removed the transaction and I got my money back (I believe, I'm at work so I dont remember how much I had on it. Gotta check when I get home.) However, I havent recieved any emails from modchip.ca corncerning that issue. Has this happened to anyone else? Mind you I place the order on last Sunday and the charge was still pending until last night.
