Gaming Is this a normal ps4 behavior?

My friend bought a ps4 on firmware 3.55 and he also bought bloodborne and fifa 17 and none of them asked to update the firmware before he can play them. Is this normal?

The minimum firmware required to play fifa 17 is 4.00

Bloodborne/and Game of the Year Edition are both 2.03 and Fifa 17's minimum firmware is 4.00 but update patched it to 4.7.

So you are able to play Fifa 17 without force you to update ?

Interesting... Maybe someone said FIFa FW is an error. The FIFA must be lower than 3.55, I believe. Who knows. Hey.. You should be happy so as long as your PS4 doesnt have any inference or any errors on the screen. You gotta enjoy this game then!
