Hardware Is there any Wii banner/icon editors?

Im trying to make a custom banner and icon (it's not flash. its homebrew.) Is there any editors for it?

If you're talking about homebrew app banners, then you can just use any old image editor.
But if you're talking about channel banners (0.app's or opening.bnr's) Then I'd recommend using CustomizeMii with a legal base wad that you can find at https://sites.google.com/site/wiibannerguide/base-wads-2 (since the built in downloader doesn't work anymore). Then use something like ShowMiiWads to extract the 0.app. If you're trying to use it as an opening.bnr and it's just showing a black screen, try deleting the first few lines of 0's in a hex editor of the file, so that data starts on hex 40.
