Hacking Is there any way to emulate DSiWare?

Is there any way to emulate DSiWare at the moment? I have a .nds ROM that was ripped from a game on my DSi (Flametail), but I'm not sure how I can play it. DesMuME doesn't seem to be able to play it (the screen just stays white after trying to load it), and I'm not sure if an R4 flashcart can run it either (I doubt it). Furthermore, I'm not sure if it's possible to convert it into a cia and install it on a 3DS with custom firmware. So is there any way for me to actually emulate and play this ROM that I ripped?
