Homebrew Is there any program that simulates streetpass over the internet?

So, some games like the Blazblue game only have streetpass multiplayer, and it would be cool, playing online with some friends on the wifi, is there some homebrew program that does that?

There used to be a homebrew program which fetched streetpasses from the internet. But as Nintendo shut down the central server that made it possible, it's not possible anymore.
