TWLNandFiler is the equivalent to SaveDataFiler. TWLNMenu is the equivalent to the DevMenu but for the DSi. It was part of the DSi SDK.

Guess what I managed to get working finally!

TWL dev apps!

I show TWLNandFiler and TWLNMenu working on my retail console! TWLNandFiler is the equilievent to SaveDataFiler. TWLNMenu is the equilivent to the DevMenu but for the DSi. It was part of the DSi SDK. Since 3DS keeps tickets on CTR_NAND, DSi TWLNMenu was made obsolete by the use of DevMenu and title install being managed solely by CTR mode. Still fun to see what it does on a 3DS though. :P

I found these on the web as well, but they do look very different...

I actually got in contact with ProtonX, unfortunatly he sold them off and all he had left was an even more rare devkit/prototype.

NMenu is a title installer from TAD files (no relationship with the failed homebrew format, or with content.bin files that are called "Tad" in gbatek)

NandFiler allows you to view and import/export the contents of DSiWare saves (public/private.sav)

WmTest is a wifi scanner and jammer for the original DS, it was ported to DSiWare for DSi and 3DS but the functionality is then allegedly limited

WmTest?
Thought there were only 2 DSi devapps. Are there more?

Yeah, since it's for the 3DS too it's a little documented on 3dbrew :)

I don't remember, there may be some more but they are usually from the NintendoWare series, which are not strictly part of the SDK (NintendoWare is a set of plugins for proprietary graphics software to save those proprietary image/3D formats, and there's usually an on-console previewer too)

And yes I have lost my copy of the sdk too... (though I have some more or less accurate backups of those 3 apps I mentioned)

"File is unreadable" but it opens anyway? Sure!

plus PhotoChecker which allegedly verifies the signature on jpegs

Woah! Awesome!
I guess sending these through PM's still isn't allowed (unfortunatly).
If it's unreadable, maybe it's just a corrupted- but fixable zip.

I recently downloaded an SDK, checked some folders, turns out 3 out of the 5 files were on my computer anyway.
Edit: Turns out all of the files in that screenshot were on my computer, basicly wasting 6 weeks while overlooking for 6 weeks straight as well.

That mystery is solved for now, but there are still many rev's for these devapps out there. It's better to archive all of them.
(also NandFiler isn't a savefile importer/exporter, it's actually a hex editor, with Japanese character support)
