    nope.
    the psp lacks 1 cpu, 1 (touch)screen, and CPU speed.

    ... there are vids of DS on psp?

    would be possible all you saw was recordings, or people playing N64 games that where also ported to the DS(such as mario kart and super mario 64)

    Yes, there is an emulator. Runs extremely slow though, and obviously unplayable without the touch screen.

    some games u dont need the TOuch screen but how slow does it run

    tried daedalus?(n64 emulator)
    to give you an idea, it's way slower than that.
    simply because N64 and DS have about the same power, but the PSP CPU is a newer, faster version of the N64 CPU's series from what i know, which makes it easier to emulate.
    the DS however uses 2 completely different CPU types, which requires more "translation" work.

    i used daedalus befor i dont like how in ssb the fire and stuff are black and others
