Oot3dhax don't support 2.5 hax currently. Oot3dhax is not self exploitable, so without powersaves/another haxed 3ds you can't install the exploit.

10.2 compatibility seems to be buggy right now. Supposedly it works with the 10.1 payload but the 10.2 one is buggy. Someone said it only works on n3DS.

oot3dhax isn't distributed as complete savefiles, so to install it you would either need another entrypoint or another 3DS that is already hacked, or a powersaves/savedongle and someone willing to install oot3dhax and send you their savefile dump.

You could use Powersaves to inject save but I don't know if Powersaves can inject the payload...

I would recommend getting either a Powersaves or an r4i Save Dongle.
