I think they are working on a translation right now. They'll probably announce something after T&T is released. Let's be patient.

You can try Court Records for some sort of walkthrough if you want.

Where does Phoenix Wright: Apollo Justice fits in there?

The fourth one is called Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney. I don't particularly like the sound of Ace Attorney: Apollo Justice. It sounds extremely out of place. People are asking for the fourth game's translation because Trials and Tribulations already has a translated English version, in the (J) version of the game. People who own flash carts or imported the game already have the story in English.
