I think there is a hack for badge arcade but do you want to get banned?
If i remember correctly people would get banned by Nintendo for cheating in badge arcade.

I had an unrealistic idea regarding this.

It would be awesome if we somehow could get the badges as png files directly off nintendo's servers without even playing the game and then insert them with GYTB. Since the ban wave (and the almost instant banning if you cheat) the newer badges are had to find on the net...
