Is there a good program to read aloud html pages?

    Hi,

    I saw that Adobe Acrobat Reader 8 has a feature called "Read Out Loud" that reads PDF files aloud, since most materials I use are HTML files, I wondered if there is a good program to do so. I know windows has such feature but I think it sucks.

    Opera has this feature, but I don't know if it is good.

    Pretty sure OSX has that too, built in...and, in fact, I think Windows 7 might too. Dunno if it's interface-only or whether it works anywhere though...

    I found it for FireFox and its called "Speak It", now I have to find TTS engines. Let me know if you know any for download.
