wupserver and creation of a dump at the beginning of the sd card instead of flashing directly to the sd card.
I'm pretty sure he's referring to the splash screen like dimok's redNAND has now when starting up fw.img.By boot logos, do you mean for apps or for fw.img?
It means that someone made a post within seconds of someone else, that both answer the same question.what does 'd mean?
So you are working on it?Wait a bit and maybe we can achieve that.
-snip-So you are working on it?
Oh God no. I could never figure that out. Best thing I can do for Wii U is make apps.So you are working on it?
Why would you want that? Maschell explicitly deleted his fork because you can build the fw.img for normal sysNAND from my fork too now. A raw file structure on an SD will not work, at least not as a single file because FAT32 has a 4GB file size limit. Besides internal fragmentations of a file would make that even slower. So actually this is not a goal anyone I know wants to address at the moment. All it would take would be to merge some of the code from @dimok 's iosuhax with Maschell's iosuhax. That would cover three of OP's questions. The devs working on the Wii U still have yet to find a way to load redNAND from a raw file structure on an SD rather than a flashed SD card, though.
Why would you want that?
Yes it does. It has all the necessary patches.I wasn't referring to the redNAND patches, I was referring to the portion of your code that loads the splash screen instead of printing "Welcome to redNAND!" now.
I also didn't realize that he deleted his fork. Do you know whether or not yours works fine with NUSpacker as well?
Alright, disregard what I said then. Looks like it's time to switch yet again.Yes it does. It has all the necessary patches.
ok. I thought you are working on it because you saidOh God no. I could never figure that out. Best thing I can do for Wii U is make apps.
we can achieve that
We need a programme that allows you to upload an mp4 file and it converts it to a custom boot/splash screen to inject it into the wiiuok. I thought you are working on it because you said
