Hacking Question Is SX OS dead?

I heard that 2 Members of Team Xecuter have been arrested. Is SX OS still being mantained and are the Servers still up? If yes, is it worth buying?

.. the mouth piece was arrested. but no real news on the tech team. the website is still open to active but no promise it would ever be updated again. if you have it installed it might be worth it because of all the games that are compatible but do not expect ( and don't complain) if it will never gets updated to play new games or work on updated firmware.

1 (if one was American, otherwise two) have been extraditioned to USA, with third there were negotiations with France to allow extradition.

nice idea but wouldn't happen. Besides the Switch-centric CFW stuff it's built using the same security VM code they used for Gateway 3DS, they won't open that up in case they want to use it for the next console.
