What does that mean ? Does that mean Nintendo Switch lite can be hacked with atmosphere just like atmosphere does to an older Nintendo Switch like mine ?

No it still requires glitch modchip like SX CORE/LITE

Back when the SX Core came out V1 switch was able to run Atmosphere through the SX OS modchip, at that time Atmosphere wasn't update to support Mariko V2 motherboard.

Correct, Switch lite and V2 motherboard like the Animal Crossing one are V2.
