Homebrew Is switch banning still a problem?

I’ve been away from the Homebrew scene for a while now; still wondering whether or not ppl know the what causes banning or if random banning is still an issue.

As far as I understand it, being connected at all with CFW is still a high risk of banning. See this thread for answers to pretty much all of your questions including how to avoid a ban.
