Is something clickbait if it’s named “clickbait”?

I’d say no. If you mention that it’s clickbait right from the get go, then the mystery of the “bait” is gone. Let’s say you are fishing and you told the fish that this is just bait, they probably wouldn’t bite. So anyhow, here I am replying.

sometimes, however, a dare of not clicking "bait" will deem most people in opposition of such titling, therefore they're soon 'clicking the bait.' (sorry if you can't understand me...)

Clickbait I would probably define as an article of media designed to prove alluring or arouse a sense of curiosity, but almost inevitably marred by poor construction, poor research or a lack of substance. The garden variety typically uses titillation and sensationalism but it is not required, and you can do it for specific fields well enough and not use either. Utilising the word in a title, titlecard or similar in no way immunises the content from the charges levelled in the previous sentences.
