it actually sounds like a scam , i mean if it was true you would have seen a lot of people talking about it right now.
and the whole "free games from the ps store" thing didn't really surprise me since most of the scams that were for the ps3 started like this

Yeah the title is a bit fishy, but the steps look a little bit...legit?
Steps and Instructions:
1- Download the PS Vita CFW Jailbreak of the Latest 3.51 Firmware.
2- Create a folder named "PSVITA" Inside that folder, create another folder named "UPDATE".
3- Now paste the file "PS Vita Jailbreak 3.51 CFW v1.04.PUP"
and make sure to rename that file to "PSVUPDAT.PUP".
4- Connect "Content Manager" to your PC.
Click Here to download "Content Manager Assistant"
5- Go to "Update System Software" and then
choose "PS Vita Jailbreak 3.51 CFW via Content Manager".
6- Now Upgrade your firmware version to 3.51-CFW.

just tried to go to the site and it looks like a fly by night, I was met by a generic search site "this domain is for sale" kind of deal
