Hacking Is my save data donezo?

Hi, i'm using a sky3ds and my 300+ hour oras save just got corrupted. I wrote in 2 new games to the sd and when i tried to load up oras it said the save was corrupted. I saved the backup save file AFTER i got the corrupted message and tried removing the rom, writing it again with diskeditor and restoring the save but that did not work. Did i screw up?

If the data backup its AFTER it was corrupted, probably that was it for it.

welp, thanks. I just don't get why that would corrupt my oras save data adding a new game while it didn't affect my pokemon X data at least.
