Hardware Is my ps4 controller ribbon cable damaged ?

Hello guys, recently I tried to clean my ps4 controller's joystick after reassembling the controller, it won't turn on nor charge. So I reopened it and saw little things on the cable that I did with my nails while pressing on it. Do you think it's actually damaged and that's why the controller don't charge ?

Best way to check this is to use a multi meter on continuity mode. If it doesnt beep then its damaged
