Hacking Is my ps3 hackable? 2001a slim.

Its a 2001a slim model at the moment it has 4.66 on it. can it be hack able?

Also i tried the downgrade checker by usb the usb gets detected and everything but when i go too system update it just pops up the lastest update data was found 4.81 it doeisnt give me a option too update with usb.."/

Can the update file be removed? Cause with it poping up each time i dont get a option for update with storage device..

I think the downgrade checker was made for 4.82 ofw. It may not work on 4.66 ofw. "Ps3Xploit - Now Install CFW from 4.82 OFW"

Got it working it was because of having the controller plugged in the other usb. But its hacked now went pretty smooth after updateing too 4.82 Just having issues getting stuff on it tho but im slowly doing it... Having a issue with pkg files with PS3_NET_Server even tho my pc and also the ps3 sees each other.. It will not install a pkg from the pc it will show a blank cd at http://ps3.aldostools.org my ip and say it was loaded on the ps3 but nothing shows up..


But yea the ver said i can downgrade down to 2.71 and my model number is 2001a which is before 2010.
