Is this a decent Laptop?

No it isn't. It should do basic stuff(browsing, office etc.) but more resource intensive operations are probably slow on it

no, that's not good at all. especially with integrated graphics. i doubt you'll be able to even watch 720/1080p 60fps youtube videos without dropping a lot of frames

It is surely better than mine, you will be able to do some basic gaming, photo and audio editing, browsing etc. but it won't be as good in more resource-intensive processes...
