In 2000, I entered an American contest to win Sonic Shuffle and a Dreamcast. Wound up winning a Dreamcast, which I received in summer 2001.

Is it softmoddable?

you can make homebrew disc's with emulators and roms without modifying your system, but i think there is a guide somewhere that talks about a sd adapter for dreamcast.
just look this up in google

using imgburn to make dreamcast iso's
