I was about to dump the NAND with Hekate using SX Pro and I misclicked the + volume after updating super clean to 5.1.0 + installing Pokémon Quest and went to OFW with dongle and jig on, since the 5.1.0 came after sx pro do I risk something? I plan to restore stock some day and play online for a while, that's why I'm asking, thanks!

Funny thing is most people forget to turn off "Share error information" in the system settings and Nintendo already knows......

I forgot to say I've never booted the CFW, was just doing backups via Hekate, also I was offline when it booted with the jig on. By the way I think I'll discover it in the future

SX probably flagged you, but they don't seem to be banning until/unless you start pirating on or offline.

Btw I tought I went online only after using Hekate on 3.1.0 to update and download Pokémon Quest, after updating to 5.1.0 I never went online.
I don't think 3.1.0 had security measures against SX. So if i restore the 5.1.0 NAND and format I should be fine to go online in the future B-)

I don't think we have any evidence to support that. Bans seem to be random and irrespective of the actions/defenses used.

Error reports go straight to Nintendo. Those reports are separated and any that fall in to the category of a modded console would be looked at first. You don't need evidence to know that sending error reports is the quickest way to get banned. Common sense really.

Hypothetically speaking yes, but the preliminary evidence that has been gathered is not consistent enough to make that conclusion. There are people who have been banned with and without generating the custom error codes. There are also plenty of people not banned despite creating these crash reports in the first place, for potentially longer than those who were banned. In short, outside of LayeredFS, its too soon to say what is more likely to cause a ban than other actions. After all, unless you work for Nintendo, no one knows how or who the error codes are processed. At the very least, their intention would be on viewing these error codes in an effort to improve their OS.
