Bad-browser is ok, if I wanted to browse I would get a netbook, iPad clone or so.
Poor 3d angling is annoying, but I don't care that much.
What makes a handheld system worthy is its software library, and in that aspect it's still not worth it.
At $250 it was overprived, at $170 it would be OK if it starts to get good games already, but being that the best game available in the system is a fucking N64 port...oh, 'remake', sorry... well, things doesn't look good.
Being the Nintendo fanboy I am, I've already bought it, even if I knew what I know today I would've bought it anyway, because I have a nonsensical faith that Nintendo and 3rd party will bring great software at some point, but until some of those hoped-to-exist great games become available, sincerely, it's not worth it.
EDIT: Anyway it's not worse than the PSVita case, oh please, their so 'great' ideas for software is in the line of adding touchpad controls that doesn't fit into an action game and talk about it like it's some kind of revolutionary idea after it being seen in the DS for years, no, that's not good. They have stuffed a lot of input methods, copying their competitors, along with the best gfx hardware they could stuff in, again, just like they did with the PSP, and no thought went into what way it would be used by the software, evidently, that's not looking good, they seem so out of good ideas, if they just try to port games from high-end consoles it will go bad just again.
Of course I'm giving an example about an specific game (aka Uncharted), but no other game looks even passable.
