Homebrew Is it safe to update to 11.4???

Recently I tried to get in to the web browser and it didn't let me get in because I had to update my 3ds to 11.4 im on 11.2 rn with luma and boot9strap So I really want to know if it's safe to update because I don't want to lose my cfw, fbi, ntr etc.

Yeah, it's safe, technically, you could get banned on 11.2 as well as 11.4 so be careful with online.
