Hacking Is it safe to sign back in?

Recently, my 3DS signed out of my Nintendo Network ID, and I'm not sure why. I want to sign back in, but is it safe? I have CFW and I am on 11.3. My ID has NOT been deleted, as it works fine on my Wii U. Sorry if I sound stupid, I'm just wanting to make sure it's safe.

Yes, not like there's any real advantage to having a NNID (outside posting to Memeverse)
