is it possible to make my wii save my game cube game saves to my usb hard drive , sd card or internal save storage instead of a gamecube memory card? i don't have one

No, it's not possible.

there is a special mod for Animal crossing + SDGecko, but it's the only game saving to SD.

Closest thing youd manage is save to GC card, then use Same Game Manager GX to move them (but youd have to move them back tou se them).

Quite cheap, look around that site for more cards (different sizes, different prices. This is just the very first card listed).
