Homebrew Is it possible?

My brother's wii is not online, nor will it be any time soon as he can't get broadband where he lives. I've looked into bootOpera but it looks like it all it does is save you some time by taking you straight to a link from HBC. My question is this. Is there a HBC app that will let him load saved flash games (SWF) from SD card and use the wiimote or classic controller? Maybe something with using opera in an offline mode to run SWF from SD?

so you asking if there is a Flash game emulator in short,

check the Emulation thread, im not aware of one but i havent looked
