No there aren't. There's a change to the terms which legally allows them to update your Wii without your approval, but there's no actual code to do it.

This is the best solution.

Or if you still want 3.4 for whatever reason, keep your wii unplugged when your not using it. That way, Nintendo can't update you.

Exactly. 3.4 has been examined and there is NO CODE which allows Nintendo to auto-update.

It is only a scare technique which they could've done before. That license update was just a rephrasing.
