Not released yet, no one knows when.

I wouldn't be surprised if they go up in price when CFW drops though, so you should get one now preferably.

To be completely honest, no one actually knows, the devs are waiting for a tool that can install the hacked whitelist directly on dsiwarehax exploit to minimize the chance of bricking. There is an app that has been developed that might be what we need, but it hasn't been tested yet for that purpose. For all I know, it could drop in 7 days or 7 months.
