Hacking Is it possible to install different region's DLCs?

I recently installed a game which has different versions(TitleID) for different regions. There are JPN version(010082500350E000), Asian(Korea, Taiwan) version(01006CA00D454000) and USA version(0100D1800D902000). There are also DLCs. According to Tinfoil DB, there are 14 DLCs(11 normal DLCs+3 pre purchase bonuses, 010082500350F001~E) for JPN version, only 11 normal DLCs for Asian version(01006CA00D455001~E with 2, 3, 4 missing) and only 10 normal DLCs for USA version(0100D1800D903001~E with 2, 3, 4, A missing. One of normal DLCs is missing). That is, pre purchase bonuses only exist for JPN version. However, I installed Asian version and also there were 3 pre purchase bonuses, too. Their TitleIDs were 01006CA00D455002, 01006CA00D455003, 01006CA00D455004 which perfectly correspond to JPN DLCs TitleID. They actually perfectly unlocked pre purchase bonus items.
So, my question is that, since there are only difference of region and language, is it possible to modify (change TitleID or etc.) different region's DLCs and install them?

If they have different title ID, then DLC should be associated with their region only, Xenoblade 2 is a good example, there is a Japanese version of the game, and there a different title ID outside of Japan.

Thanks. Then, how on earth is it possible that pre purchase bonus DLC nsp files exist for Asian version?? There were no pre purchase bonus in Korea, and maybe neither in Taiwan. But I did find them on Chinese site and they did work.

Probably exist outside of Korea in other country that is part of that Asian Country list.

Sorry for bothering you, but then might Tinfoil DB be wrong? There are no 01006CA00D455002~01006CA00D455004 (which should be pre purchase DLCs for Asian version) on Tinfoil DB.

If the DLC was for Taiwan it would work for Korea since they fall under the same Region ID, under Asian, it is different for Japanese version.
