    using a backed up save file, would it be possible to import custom textures, skin packs, and worlds?

    Or even basic mods? I know the latest version of Minecraft is broken as fuck but what about the prior updates?

    its possible, its bedrock, its the same as pe basically, you can even import skins/worlds/textures from other versions of the game as long as its bedrock. making custom skinpacks are easy too

    I'm assuming Bedrock is a version of Minecraft but I'm not sure that means. I haven't played Minecraft since the Microsoft purchase, however long ago that was.

    bedrock is the new version of minecraft that is on switch, mobile, xbox one, playstation 4, the crossplay version
    you cant get custom skins on the minecraft console version but you can on the bedrock version

    It is possible. I believe this is the process to do it but I don't fully remember.
