ok so i'm getting an error when trying to export my mhgen save using jksv, the error is c8980478 and that error usually appears when a save isn't present tho a save is present with this game atm..help?

Are you trying to export save data or extra data. Pretty sure that game uses extra data as for its save.
There is also a app called Checkpoint you could try. It is another save manager program.
