ROM Hack Is it possible to convert file arc -> carc.

Hi all I managed to get racing mario kart double dash.
Is it possible to convert a file .Arc --> .Carc?
because I had added on my copy of my I mario kart ds this bug-_-.
If there is a programme to convert post a message on this topic

ARC aka NARC are the uncompressed forms while carc is the compressed (bios compatible LZ).

Other than that I am fairly sure every version of narctool since the first has had the ability, certainly the later ones have.
