Homebrew is it possible- homebrew and mod chip

hi im wondering if this is possible
i currently purchased a wii which has a modchip (of which type im not too sure) and im having problems playing some of my games i used on my wii which had homebrew/twilight hack and gamma installed .
now im wondering if i put homebrew/twilight and gamma onto my chipped wii will this conflict with anything?
