GW_Installer.NDS just installes the DS Profile Exploit. To downgrade, you need to be able to run the exploit.

also on random question:

my O3DS is sys 9.5-22, can i use the GW_INSTALLER.nds to downgrade sys settings to 4.5 and then load gw or downgrade or such?
when i mean to load the GW_INSTALLER.nds file mean from an nds cart like R4i Gold Plus.

It will only install the MSET ROP exploit, it will not downgrade anything. In fact it will not work at all given that you have got sysNAND 9.5. If you had a previous backup of YOUR console's sysNAND 9.2 or under then you need to flash it back using hardware mod.

ah okay thanx for letting me know that it doesn't downgrade sys settings, better that i know.
the fact that sys is 9.5 is annoying as nothing will work, but oh well
