Is it a good idea to dump gamecard header, cert, etc?

I have been backing up my games using the NSDumpTool 2.0 and I see there are options to dump the following:

• header
• cardinfo
• certificate
• initial data
• specific data
• id set
• hfs partitions
• console lafw blob

If I am already performing the XCI dump - should I also do these as well. What are they for?

Its used to allow the dump to go online. For personal use, its fine but I would not share this in public.

Ok, I do dump all this... can I play online if I have this information while in EMUMCC side? I own these games... just don't want to use the carts. No intention sharing.

My switch has the serial blocked. Does that matter?
