You must be joking. Not even a Raspberry Pi 4 with Cortex A72 + overclock can handle it.

With overclock on Pi 4 it's about half speed (30 fps).

No they aren't. 99.9% of all games run perfectly on some other emulators. And the last 0.1% are probably ones you're not gonna play.
You don't need 100% accuracy to have good emulation. Sure, it helps, but it's a "nice to have" not a "must have".

snes9x is totally fine especially the git version (not all these old low end hardware forks). They are going for accuracy now aswell.
