A Ras Pi box makes the hacking process a whole lot easier and as such, you don't even need to use a PC.

It's nice that PS4's 11.00 and less are hackable, just unfortunate not as easy as 9.00 or less.

Why not just use the lowest firmware the user has available? If a user is on 9.03 then it's definitely better to stay on that.

Plus, if downgraded (requires soldering) it can obtain 9.00.

I read the answer is yes.

If you updated from 9.00 to 11.50 you could return to 9.00 via the soldering downgrade. It's just a complicated job so it'd need to be done by an expert.

my friend have 9.03 and the tool he tried to use was not supported .. PS4 Pro Belize 2 .

The latest FW = Newer games are playable. FW 11.00 is supported by PPPwn. Therefor I see no reason to stay on an older FW. Being able to put FW 11.00 on a flash drive and update to it offline ensures you wont accidentally overpatch and become unhackable too. It is very safe overall.
