hi. i live in iran and i was heavily interested in game development. last week i learned that i can develop UWP apps on my laptop and knowing that i also can run them on my xbox alongside homebrew made me happy.
i tried to get a free dev account with education email. my friend had a email that i could use but every way i tried i got blocked by a phone verification or a address verification as my country is sanctioned i was not able to proceed.
the dollar exchange rates are at max here and if i want to pay for it i have to pay 4 times more that is about 3 month of work in here. which i gladly work for a dev account but it has no use for me other than this now.
i want to make sure that there is not other way to get dev mode on without a valid phone or address or a credit card.
i would be happy if you guys inform me about them.
