Hardware Is eShop avalabile in Romania?

I'm going to buy a 3DS, but I want to know if eShop is working in Romania. I'm thinking of downloading small stuff and even full games like Pokemon from it.

I'm pretty sure e-shop would be available for a 3ds for Romania

Nope, its not working in Romania, got my 3ds this weekend and it says that the service is unavaible for my country, but you can always change to another country (like UK) and then it works perfectly.

Thank you, I will be sure not to select Romania. I'm buying a used 3DS (sadly) and it's on v7.0.0, I hope it works to change at will.

If its already linked with a nintendo id, unlink it and then you can change the country.
