I've ordered an "EZ Flash 3 in 1" from them but they haven't dispatched the item.

I’ve not heard anything back for the e-mails or instant messages I sent them and I’ve not been able to reach them by phone.

When did you order it?

It seems like they havent updated the site in quite some time, the last post was October, plus they have none of the DSi flashcarts, which seem to be in most stores now.

I ordered it on the 31st December 2008 and I've not heard from them since.
